摘　　要：鸸鹋油(Emu oil)是从鸸鹋皮下和腹膜后的脂肪组织提炼出来的油类物质,在澳洲和欧美等国家被誉为“生命之油”。鸸鹋油因含有大量的脂肪酸而具有许多生物学功能,对于鸸鹋油的研究开发具有重要意义。因此,文中主要从鸸鹋油的脂肪酸组成、生物学功能(如护肤、改善肠道健康和关节炎等)以及当前研究和应用等方面进行了概述,以期为未来鸸鹋油的综合利用及其应用产品的研发提供理论依据。Emu oil extracted from the subcutaneous and retroperitoneal fat of the emu is known as“the oil of life”in many countries including Australia,Europe,United States and the other countries.Emu oil displays many biological functions due to its abundant fatty acid,which is beneficial for its research and development.Thus,the fatty acid compositions,the application progress of emu oil for skin care,intestinal health and arthritis,as well as the current research of its application were discussed to provide theoretical guidance for future research and development of the comprehensive application and its associated products derived from Emu oil.
