摘　　要：伴随新产品的不断研发,变流器铜排设计趋向外形复杂,且尺寸精度要求高,外观要求标准再上新台阶,对铜排成形工艺提出了更高的要求。分析了铜排成形工艺难点,介绍了如何借助工装模具解决铜排成形问题。With the continuous development of new products,the design of converter copper bar tends to be complex in shape,and requires high dimensional accuracy,and the appearance standard goes up to a new level,which puts forward higher requirements for copper bar forming process.This paper mainly focuses on the difficulty of copper platoon forming process,and how to solve the problem by means of tooling and die.
