毫火针联合308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的自身对照临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价毫火针联合308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法采用自身对照法将402片皮损分为治疗组(201片)及对照组(201片)。对照组予激光照射,治疗组予毫火针治疗后再激光照射,每2周1次。治疗10次后评价临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率82.59%,高于对照组68.16%;治疗组总复色率83.58%(33.47%~100%),高于对照组32.5%(5%~72.8%);治疗组大约治疗2~4次后皮损复色,对照组大约治疗2~6次后皮损复色。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。病程<2年皮损有效率为87.74%,高于病程≥2年皮损的76.84%(P<0.01),性别及年龄与疗效无关。结论毫火针联合308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风能明显提高复色率,提高疗效,见效更快,尽早治疗可提高疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the milli-fire needle combined with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods 402 vitiligo lesions were included, half of the lesions were divided into the treatment group and the other half was control group by self-contrast method,201 lesions in each group. The control group was treated with 308 nm excimer laser,while the treatment group was treated with milli-fire needle followed by laser irradiation, with frequency of two weeks. After 10 treatments, clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 82.59%and higher than 68.16% of the control group.The total complexion recovery rate was 83.58%(33.47%~100%)higher than 32.5%(5%~72.8%) respectively. The skin lesions in the treatment group were discolored about 2~4 times after treatment, while those in the control group were about 2~6 times after treatment. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). The effective rate of the lesions with a duration of illness less than 2 years was 87.74%,which was higher than that for the lesions with a duration of illness more than 2 years(76.84%),with a significant difference( P<0.01).Conclusion The combination treatment of milli-fire needle and 308 nm excimer laser in vitiligo can significantly improve the color recovery rate, improve the effective rate, achieve faster results,and early treatment can improve the curative effect.
