摘　　要：目的探讨原发性高血压患者脉象参数与心脏自主神经功能指标的关系。方法收集90例原发性高血压患者的24h动态心电图监测资料,同时运用ZBOX-I型脉象仪采集患者脉象信息,将脉象参数与心脏自主神经功能指标进行典型相关分析。结果第一对典型变量的典型相关系数r=0.65(P<0.05)。第一对典型变量的贡献率为36.6%。结论原发性高血压患者脉象参数与心率变异性存在一定的相关性,心脏自主神经功能的损伤可能在一定程度上影响了脉象参数。Objective To investigate the relationship between pulse parameters and autonomic nervous function indexes in patients with essential hypertension. Methods The data of 24-hour of dynamic electro cardiogram and pulse data collected by type ZBOX-I pulse were collected in 90 patients with essential hypertension. The typical correlation between pulse parameters and cardiac autonomic function was analyzed. Results The canonical correlation coefficient of the first pair of typical variables was r=0.65(P<0.05).The contribution rate of the first pair of typical variables is 36.6%.Conclusion There is a certain correlation between pulse parameters and heart rate variability in patients with essential hypertension. The impairment of autonomic nerve function may affect the pulse parameters to a certain extent.
