摘  要:目的观察刺激左、右天枢穴穴区不同组织调节小鼠远端结肠肠运动的效应差异。方法 C57BL/6型小鼠32只,随机分为刷毛组、皮肤电针组、肌肉电针组、全层电针组,每组8只。利用球囊法和多导电生理记录系统记录小鼠远端结肠运动,待小鼠肠运动记录稳定后,分别对其左、右天枢穴进行刷毛或电针1min刺激干预,观察并记录电针前、中、后各1min的肠运动信号,并分析其数值变化。结果与刺激前比较,刷毛刺激、皮肤电针、全层电针对小鼠远端结肠肠运动均有即时抑制效应(P<0.05);肌肉电针有即时抑制或促进效应。各组对远端结肠肠运动的抑制效应在刺激1min后未恢复至刺激前水平。各组左、右天枢穴刺激对小鼠远端结肠肠运动影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论刺激天枢穴对远端结肠肠运动有即时抑制效应,起效的组织层次可能主要是皮肤组织,未观察到左、右侧天枢穴效应的明显差异。Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture stimulation of different layers of left and right "Tianshu"(ST25) region on distal colonic motility in normal mice. Methods Thirty-two male C57 BL/6 mice(WT mice) were divided into 4 groups: brushing, cutaneous electroacupuncture, muscular electroacupuncture and all layer-electroacupuncture groups(n=8 in each group). The colonic motility was recorded by using manometric balloons and a multi-conductive physiological system. When intestinal movement was stable, brushing the skin hair or electroacupuncture were applied to the left and right "Tianshu"(ST25) region for 1 min in mice. Observing and recording the intestinal motility signals of 1 min before, during and after stimulation, and analyzing numerical changes. Results Brushing, cutaneous electroacupuncture, and all layer-electroacupuncture had immediate inhibitory effects on distal colonic motility in mice relevant to pre-stimulation in each group(P<0.05);muscular electroacupuncture had an immediate inhibitory or promotive effect relevant to pre-stimulation;Most of the inhibition effects of distal colonic motility maintained in 1 min after stimulation in all groups.There were no significant differences in the effect of bilateral "Tianshu"(ST25) stimulation on distal colonic motility of mice(P>0.05). Conclusion Stimulation of "Tianshu"(ST25) has an immediate inhibitory effect on distal colonic motility in normal mice, and the most effective tissue layer is probably the skin layer, but there are no significant differences in the effect of left and right "Tianshu"(ST25).
