摘  要:铜冶炼系统中产生的脱硒渣浮选尾矿中含有Pb、Sb、Te、Bi等有价元素,针对此尾矿开展了还原-浸出法分离Pb,富集Sb、Te、Bi等有价金属的试验研究。探究了还原预处理对铅浸出效果的影响,考查了液固比、NaOH浓度、反应温度、反应时间等因素对铅浸出效果的影响。结果表明,经过还原预处理之后,尾矿中铅的浸出率明显提升。还原预处理最佳条件为:焙烧温度550℃、焙烧时间6h、碳粉与物料的比例为1∶20。浸出最佳条件为:液固比8∶1、NaOH浓度180g/L、浸出温度90℃、恒温浸出时间1h。在此条件下铅的浸出效果最好,最高浸出率为97.1%。铅的有效浸出使得尾矿中Sb、Te、Bi等元素得到富集,为后续有价元素的提取奠定了基础。The flotation tailings of selenium removal residue produced in the copper smelting system contain valuable elements such as Pb,Sb,Te,and Bi.For the tailings,the reduction-leaching was carried out to separate lead and enrich valuable metals such as Sb,Te,and Bi.The effect of carbon reduction pretreatment on leaching efficiency of lead was investigated.The effects of liquid-solid ratio,NaOH concentration,reaction temperature,and reaction time on leaching efficiency of lead were also explored.The results show that the leaching rate of lead from tailings is obviously improved after carbon reduction pretreatment.The optimum conditions of carbon reduction pretreatment are roasting temperature 550℃,roasting time 6 h,and the ratio of carbon powder to material 1∶20.The optimum conditions of leaching are liquid-solid ratio 8∶1,NaOH concentration 180 g/L,leaching temperature 90℃,and leaching time 1 h.Under these conditions,the leaching rate of lead is the highest(97.1%).The effective leaching of lead makes the elements such as Sb,Te,and Bi in the tailings enriched,which lays a foundation for the subsequent extraction of valuable elements.
