摘 要:针对新疆某铜锌矿选矿废水开展了水处理工艺研究。结果表明,选矿废水经40g/t凝聚剂PAC、2g/t絮凝剂CH2710及250g/t沉淀剂硫化钠混凝沉淀后,作为浮选回水进行浮选闭路全流程试验,铜、锌精矿品位及回收率较选矿废水未处理直接回用都有所提高,与利用新鲜水时的选矿指标相近。生产实践也表明,选矿废水处理后回用未对铜、锌精矿品位及回收率产生不利影响,而有利于锌精矿回收率的提高及铜精矿中锌含量的降低,同时还能节约部分浮选药剂消耗,降低生产成本。A study on mineral processing wastewater treatment process for a copper-zinc mine in Xinjiang was carried out.The results showed that the mineral processing wastewater was coagulated and precipitated by 40 g/t coagulant PAC,2 g/t flocculant CH2710,and 250 g/t precipitator sodium sulfide,and then used as flotation backwater for flotation closed-circuit full-flow test.The grade and recovery rate of copper and zinc concentrates were improved compared with the untreated direct reuse of the mineral processing wastewater,which were similar to the ore beneficiation indexes when using fresh water.The production practice also indicated that the reuse of mineral processing wastewater after treatment had no adverse effect on the grade and recovery rate of copper and zinc concentrates,but was beneficial to the improvement of recovery rate of zinc concentrate and the reduction of zinc content in copper concentrate,while saving some flotation reagent consumption and the reducing the production cost.
