摘　　要：文中以南京市六合区农村宅基地和农房统一调查试点为例,根据六合区试点工作中实际情况,结合项目前期准备、实施过程、项目验收等工作,以满足农村宅基地和农房统一调查和登记发证的需要,研究一套权籍调查、权籍测绘、数据建库的技术方案,并就项目今后的全面开展提出建议.Based on the actual situation of the experimental work in Luhe District of Nanjing City,this paper takes the experiment of the unified investigation of rural homestead and agricultural house as an example,and combines the preliminary preparation,implementation process and acceptance of the project.In order to meet the needs of rural homestead and farm house unified investigation and registration and issuance,the paper studies a set of technical plans for power inventory investigation,power inventory mapping,and data database construction,and puts forward suggestions for the future comprehensive development of the project.
