半夏白术天麻汤对缺血性脑卒中患者止凝血功能及脑血流的调节作用

摘　　要：目的观察半夏白术天麻汤对急性缺血性脑卒中患者凝血功能及脑血流的调节作用。方法收集丹东市振兴区医院2018年1-12月收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组采用西药常规治疗,观察组在其基础上加用半夏白术天麻汤,两组均治疗14 d后比较凝血功能及脑血流变化情况。结果两组治疗前,APTT、PT、TT及FIB差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后均获得改善,与同组治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而组间差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前,Vp、Vm、DVp及DVm差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后均获得改善,与同组治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而组间差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤能有效改善急性脑卒中患者的止凝血功能和脑血流情况,可以与西药联用进一步增加疗效。Objective To observe the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on coagulation function and cerebral blood flow in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods Seventy patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on the basis of routine western medicine.The coagulation function and cerebral blood flow changes were compared between the two groups after 14 days of treatment.Results There was no significant difference in APTT,PT,TT and FIB between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,they were all significantly improved in each group(P<0.05),and there was also significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Cerebral blood flow:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Vp,Vm,DVP and DVm between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,they were all significantly improved in each group(P<0.05),and there were also significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction can effectively improve the coagulation function and cerebral blood flow in patients with acute stroke,and it can be combined with western medicine to further increase the curative effect.
