摘　　要：目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染后IgA肾病患者肾脏病理组织改变。方法收集开原市中医医院2017-2019年接诊的IgA肾病患者79例,依据是否出现HP感染分为感染组36例和非感染组43例;采用Katafuchi半定量评分法对肾脏病理切片进行评分。结果感染组肾小球增殖程度、节段损害、球性硬化、肾小管间质积分、血管积分及总分均高于非感染组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HP感染可进一步加重IgA肾病病情进展,从肾脏病理学来看组织损伤进一步加重。Objective To investigate the renal pathological changes in patients with IgA nephropathy after Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection.Methods A total of 79 patients with IgA nephropathy who were admitted to our hospital from 2017 to 2019 were divided into infection group(36 cases)and non-infection group(43 cases)according to whether HP infection occurred.Kidney pathological sections were scored by Katafuchi semi-quantitative scoring method.Results The glomerular proliferation,segmental damage,glomerular sclerosis,tubulointerstitial score,vascular score and total score in the infected group were significantly higher than those in the non-infected group(P<0.05).Conclusion HP infection can further aggravate the progression of IgA nephropathy and further aggravate the tissue damage in terms of renal pathology.
