摘　　要：目的建立一种测定生活饮用水中双酚A的液相色谱方法。方法水样过滤或离心后直接进样,采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇/水为流动相等度洗脱分离,荧光检测器外标法定量。结果该方法在2~40μg/L范围内线性相关系数r>0.999,最低检测质量浓度为2μg/L,低、中、高3种水平加标回收率为96.7%~102.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.5%~1.9%。结论该方法无需进行样品富集,最低检测质量浓度满足卫生监督的要求。Methods The drinking water sample was filtered or centrifuged and separated by Cis column and using methanol/water as mobile phase for gradient elution,the content of bisphenol A was determined by LC.The fluorescence intensity was detected and external standard method was used for quant hation.Results The linear relationship of the method was good in the range of 2-40μg/L with the correlation coefficient greater than 0.999.The limit of detction was 2μg/L.The recovery rate of spiked samples at low,medium and high concentration levels was 96.7%-102.6%,the RSDs was 0.5%-l.9%.Conclusion The developed method required no enrichment operation and satisfy the demands of detecting bisphenol A in drinking water for limit of detection.
