摘  要:目的建立连续光源石墨炉原子吸收法测定血清中铟含量的分析方法。方法选用1%(V/V)硝酸溶液为稀释剂处理血清样品,基体改进剂选择100mg/L硝酸钯溶液,优化灰化温度和原子化温度分别为1100℃和2450℃,将样品稀释5倍后,通过连续光源石墨炉原子吸收法进行测定。结果标准曲线范围为0.00~4.00μg/L,r=0.9998,方法检出限为0.75μg/L,加标回收率为101.6%~102.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤4.47%。结论建立的方法操作简单、快速、仪器成本低、普适性高,适于血清中铟含量测定,可为铟的职业病诊断提供方法支持。Objective To establish a method for the determination of indium in serum by continuous source graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods Serum samples were treated with diluent of 1%(V/V)nitric acid solution,100 mg/L palladium nitrate solution was used as matrix modifier.The optimum ashing temperature was 1100℃,and optimum atomization temperature was 2450℃.The samples were diluted 5 times and then determined by continuous source graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Results The standard curve ranged from 0.00 to 4.00μg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.9998,the detection limit was 0.75μg/L,the spiked recovery rates were 101.6%-102.4%,and relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 4.47%.Conclusion The established method is simple,rapid,with low cost and high universality.It is suitable for the determination of indium in serum,which can provide methodological support for the diagnosis of occupational diseases of indium.
