摘　　要：目的评价骨质疏松综合干预措施对提高社区居民骨质疏松防制知识的效果。方法采用方便抽样方法,在南京、南通和徐州3市筛查出年龄40~75岁骨质疏松高危人群485人,进行为期1年的健康干预,并于0.5年和1年后调查其骨质疏松知识知晓水平。结果干预前,各项骨质疏松知识知晓率在2.1%~30.9%,干预0.5年后知晓率在5.2%~69.1%,干预1年后知晓率在6.9%~58.3%。各题目知晓率在不同时期差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),干预0.5年和1年后的各题知晓率和总评分均高于随访前(P值均<0.05)。骨质疏松知晓率的干预见效率随着文化程度的升高而降低(χ^2趋势=47.592,P<0.01)。结论骨质疏松健康干预可提高居民骨质疏松知识知晓率,效果良好。Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive intervention measures on promoting osteoporosis prevention and control in commurdty residents.Method A total of 485 high risk osteoporosis residents aged from 40 to 75 years were recruited by convenience sampling method in 3 cities of Nanjing,Nantong and Xuzhou.All subjects received health intervention for one year,questionnaire investigations were conducted on awareness rate of osteoporosis half year and 1 year.Results Before the intervention,the awareness rate of osteoporosis knowledge was 2.1%-30.9%;after 0・5 years of intervention,the awareness rate was 5.2%-69.1%;after 1 year of intervention,the awareness rate was 6.9%-58.3%.There was significant difference in the awareness rate of each topic at different time points(all P<0.05).The awareness rate and total score of each topic after 0.5 and 1 year intervention were higher than those before follow-up study(all P<0.05).The awareness rate of osteoporosis decreased with the increase of education level(χ^2trend=47.592,P<0.01).Conclusion The investigation showed an excellent effect of osteoporosis comprehensive intervention measures.
