摘  要:针对感应电机带载起动和重起动问题,提出了一种基于自适应全阶观测器的无速度传感器感应电机模型预测起动控制策略。通过分析定子电流误差的传递函数,推导出了转速估计的收敛条件,随后设计了自适应全阶观测器的反馈增益矩阵和转移条件,以提高了感应电机起动性能,从而使初始估计转速明显低于实际转速时系统可收敛。利用感应电机驱动测试平台开始开展了相关实验,实验结果表明,电机具备较好的重新起动能力且浪涌电流小于限值,并具备对扰动的鲁棒性。Aiming at the problem of induction motor starting the motor rotated by external load and restarting,a speed sensorless induction motor model predictive start control strategy for induction motor based on adaptive full order observer was proposed.By analyzing the transfer function of the stator current error,the convergence condition of the speed estimation was deduced.Then,the feedback gain matrix and the transition condition of the adaptive full-order observer were designed to improve the induction motor start performance.Therefore,the system converged such that the initial estimated rotational speed was significantly lower than the actual rotational speed.Experiments were carried out using an induction motor driven test platform.The experimental results showed that the motor has better restart capability and the inrush current is less than the limit and has the robustness to disturbances.
