摘  要:磁齿轮复合电机集成电机和磁齿轮的特性,具有无摩擦力、无须润滑、无机械疲劳问题、体积小等优点,在机械手臂、电动车辆、太阳能热发电、人工心脏、无人飞行器、3D打印等特殊电气传动领域具有潜在应用价值。该文首先阐述磁齿轮以及磁齿轮复合电机的创新结构,再对其结构优化设计和数学建模进行详细总结和分析,最后从多目标优化、遗传算法、响应面方法等方面综述磁齿轮及磁齿轮复合电机结构优化策略。The magnetic gear composite motor integrates the characteristics of the motor and the magnetic gear,and has the advantages of no friction,no lubrication,no mechanical fatigue,small volume,etc.in the robot arm,electric vehicle,solar thermal power generation,artificial heart,unmanned aerial vehicle,3D printing.Such special electrical drive field has potential application value.This paper first expounded the innovative structure of magnetic gear and magnetic gear composite motor,and then summarized and analyzed its structural optimization design and mathematical modeling.Finally,it reviewed magnetic gear and magnetic from multi-objective optimization,genetic algorithm and response surface method,even the gear composite motor structure optimization strategy.
