摘 要:蒸汽管干燥机传热性能的优劣直接影响被干燥产品的质量,而排液管的排液能力对蒸汽管干燥机的传热性能有很大的影响。通过fluent软件对蒸汽管干燥机4种排液管的排液能力进行模拟,通过分析比较,从中选择了最佳角度的排液管,并且根据此排液管对中心管内螺旋叶片与排液管出口的角度进行优化分析,使得冷凝液不会回流到排液管中。从而使蒸汽管干燥机的传热性能得到提升。The heat transfer performance of the steam tube dryer has a direct impact on the quality of the dried products,while the discharge capacity of the discharge pipe has a great impact on the heat transfer performance of the steam tube dryer.In this paper,the capacity of four kinds of drain pipes of steam tube dryer is simulated by the FLUENT software.Through analysis and comparison,the best angle of drain pipe is selected.According to this drain pipe,the angle between the spiral blade in the central pipe and the outlet of the drain pipe is optimized,so that the condensate will not return to the drain pipe.Thus,the heat transfer performance of the steam tube dryer is improved.
