摘  要:针对锂电池极片间歇式涂布生产中存在的涂层厚度不均匀、反面涂布需要定位、背辊避让时影响基材运行速度及张力等问题,设计了一种间歇式涂布器,通过对计量辊与涂布辊间的间隙进行自动调整、涂布辊与背辊速度差自动调整、背辊避让和复位的速度及速度曲线设定等方式的设计实验,实现对各涂段涂层厚度的控制;通过摆臂式导辊,实现基材走带的稳定运行,通过传感器补偿设置实现正反面极膜准确对位,解决了前述问题。经实际应用证明,该间歇式涂布器,可自动实现各涂段涂层厚度均匀控制、保证基材稳定运行、保证正反面极膜准确对位。所设计涂布机自动化程度高、参数设定简单、运行稳定、具有一定先进性和经济价值。In the intermittent coating production of Lithium battery electrode sheet,the thickness of the coating is not uniform,the reverse coating needs to be positioned,and the back roller movement affects the running speed and tension of the substrate;so a new intermittent coater is designed in this paper to address these problems.Through design experiments of the automatic adjustment of the gap between the metering roller and the coating roller,the automatic adjustment of the speed difference between the insertion roller and the back roller,and the speed and speed curve setting of the back roller avoiding and resetting,etc.,the coating thickness control of each coating section is realized.Through the swing arm type guide roller,stable operation of the substrate is achieved;and the accurate alignment of positive and negative surface film is realized by the sensor compensation setting.It is proved through the practical application that the intermittent coating device can automatically realize the uniform thickness control of each coating section,so as to ensure the stable operation of the substrate,and ensure the accurate alignment of the positive and negative electrode films.The designed coating machine has high degree of automation,simple parameter setting,stable operation and high economic value.
