摘  要:针对在封闭环境下,高温、腐蚀、辐射性物料物位难测量的难题,本文设计了一套无源物位测量系统,通过结构分析及现场试验,经过验证此设计突破了传统的物位测量方法,实现无源测量,能够对高温、腐蚀、有辐射物料进行实时物位测量。有效解决了某铀业公司的物位测量问题,能有效保障产品质量,提高该工艺生产线的效率;另外可避免物料溢出,确保企业的生产安全。In order to solve the problem of high temperature,corrosion and radiation material level measurement in a closed environment,a set of passive level measurement system is designed in this paper.Through structural analysis and field tests,it is verified that the design breaks through the traditional level measurement method and realizes passive measurement;it can be used for high temperature,corrosive,radiant materials for real-time level measurement,thus it could effectively solve the level measurement problem of a uranium company.It can effectively guarantee the product quality,improve the efficiency of the production line of the process;in addition,it can avoid material spillage and ensure the production safety of the enterprise.
