摘  要:目的明确α-细辛醚和β-细辛醚在体外对多房棘球蚴的杀伤作用。方法将5 mg/mL的α-细辛醚和β-细辛醚在体外分别与多房棘球蚴共培养时用光镜观察虫体变化,并以不同浓度的β-细辛醚在体外与多房棘球蚴共培养,以伊红染色后观察虫体的死亡率及结构变化。结果将多房棘球蚴分别与α-细辛醚、β-细辛醚在体外作用0.5 h,后者全部死亡,前者无变化。将多房棘球蚴在体外分别与2.50、1.25 mg/mL的β-细辛醚作用,前者在2 h时全部死亡,后者在20 h时死亡;浓度为0.75 mg/mL时,在20 h后多房棘球蚴死亡率达64.33%±2.333;扫描电镜观察发现多房棘球蚴虫体表面损伤,头部微绒毛消失、钩疑似脱落。结论β-细辛醚在体外对多房棘球蚴具有较强的杀伤作用。Objective To identify the effects ofα-asarone andβ-asarone against protoscoleces in vitro.Methods The protoscoleces were treated with 5 mg/mLβ-asarone andα-asarone in vitro and observed the mortality.Used different concentrations ofβ-asarone in vitro and observed the mortality and structural changes of the protoscoleces under light microscope and SEM.Result The Echinococcus multilocularis protoscoleces was cultured withβ-asarone andα-asarone respectively,after 0.5 h,β-asarone group was all died andα-asarone group was alive.When incubated with 2.50 and 1.25 mg/mLβ-asarone,after 2 hours and 20 hours protoscoleces were all died,respectively.The mortality of protoscoleces was 64.33±2.333%when incubated with 0.75 mg/mLβ-asarone for 20 hours.The results of SEM showed that the surface of Echinococcus multilocularis protoscoleces were damaged,microvilli were disappeared,and the hooks were fell off after treated with 2.5 mg/mLβ-asarone.Conclusionβ-asarone has a stronger killing effect on Echinococcus multilocularis protoscoleces in vitro.
