金融集聚对经济发展绩效与经济发展质量的影响——基于制度环境视角的研究

摘　　要：在中国经济进入"新常态"的背景下,"质量第一,效益优先"成为经济发展的新追求。如何推动经济发展绩效的提升以及实现经济发展质量的优化,成为当前中国经济面临的重要问题。通过使用面板平滑转移模型,从制度环境视角入手,探讨了金融集聚对经济发展绩效与经济发展质量的非线性影响。结果表明:金融集聚对经济发展绩效的影响总体为正,随着制度环境的优化,这一正向影响强度有所提升;金融集聚对经济发展质量的影响随着制度环境的改善而由负转正;与中西部地区相比,东部沿海地区金融集聚对经济发展绩效及经济发展质量的促进作用更加强烈。因此,未来应继续深化市场化改革,建设现代化经济体系,推动中国经济发展绩效提升与发展质量优化。China’s economy has been stepping into the "new normal" phase. In this context, "quality first and give priority to performance" become the new aim of Chinese economic. Firstly, based on the EBM-GML index, this paper estimates the green total factor productivity of 30 provinces and municipalities in China, and regards it as the proxy index of the quality of economic. Secondly, the non-linear impact of financial aggregation on economic development performance and quality is discussed from the perspective of institutional environment based on the panel smoothing transfer model.The influence of financial agglomeration on economic performance is generally positive, the strength of the influence increase with the improvement of institutional environment;The influence of financial agglomeration on the quality of economic changes from negative to positive with the improvement of institutional environment;The financial agglomeration in the eastern coastal areas has a more significant effect on the economic performance and the quality of economic. In the future, we should continue to deepen market transform, build modernized economic system, promoting the performance and quality of economic.
