摘 要:植物多倍体通常具有营养生长优势和更强的环境适应性,因而多倍体育种是植物遗传改良的重要途径。植物多倍化后,蛋白质组表达发生了复杂的变化,从而直接影响植物的性状。蛋白质是基因表达的产物,是生理功能的直接执行者,研究植物多倍体中的蛋白质组表达差异有助于揭示多倍体生长发育的分子调控机制。为了深入探讨植物多倍体表型变异的机理,本综述对植物多倍体蛋白质组研究技术、多倍体化引起的蛋白质变化和其机制进行了概括总结,以期为植物多倍体育种提供理论参考。Plant polyploids usually have vegetative growth advantage and stronger environmental adaptability than diploid,so polyploid breeding is an important method for plant genetic improvement.After plant polyploidization,the proteins expression changed deeply,which directly affect plant phynotype.Proteins are the products of gene expression and the direct executor of physiological function.Studying the difference of proteome expression in plant polyploid is helpful to reveal the molecular regulation mechanism of polyploid growth and development.In this paper,the research methods and protocols of plant polyploidy proteomics and the protein changes caused by polyploidization and its mechanism are reviewed,which provide theoretical reference for polyploid breeding and the mechanism of new phenotype created in polyploidy.
