摘  要:【目的】为了了解北京地区文冠果引种栽培的经济价值,对文冠果种子品质进行综合评价分析。【方法】选取北京昌平、北京怀柔和内蒙古赤峰三个地区的文冠果为试验材料,对种子形态和种子品质进行检测分析。【结果】北京昌平、北京怀柔和内蒙古赤峰三个地区的文冠果种子形态性状、出仁率、种仁的维生素C、总糖、总酸、灰分、矿质元素含量各不相同。三个地区间文冠果种仁含油量无显著差异。脂肪酸主要组成中,含量较多的是亚油酸和油酸以及亚麻酸,分别是19.88%~27.59%、17.90%~19.10%和7.23%~9.06%;棕榈酸、硬脂酸含量大致都在3.00%~4.00%之间;北京昌平、北京怀柔与引种地内蒙古赤峰比较,北京昌平引种的文冠果硬脂酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸和北京怀柔引种的文冠果亚麻酸显著高于内蒙古赤峰的文冠果,油酸、棕榈酸含量等三个地区间均无显著差异。【Objective】In order to evaluate the economic value of introduction and cultivation of Xanthoceras sorbifolia in Beijing,the seed quality of Xanthoceras sorbifolia was comprehensively analyzed.【Method】We collected the seeds of Xanthoceras sorbifoliafrom Changping,Beijing and Huairou,Beijing and Chifeng,Inner Mongolia as experimental materials,and detected the characters of seed morphology and quality.【Result】The results showed that the morphological characters,seed yield,vitamin C,total sugar,total acid,ash and mineral elements contents of Xanthoceras sorbifoliaseeds in Changping,Beijing,Huairou,Beijing and Chifeng,Inner Mongolia were different.There was no significant difference in oil content among the three places.Among the main components of fatty acids determined by the experiment,the contents of linoleic acid,oleic acid and linolenic acid were 19.88%-27.59%,17.90%-19.10%and 7.23%-9.06%,respectively.The contents of palmitic acid and stearic acid are between 3.00%and 4.00%.The contents of stearic acid,linoleic acid,linolenic acid of Xanthoceras sorbifoliaintroduced in Changping,Beijing district and linolenic acid content of Xanthoceras sorbifoliaintroduced in Huairou,Beijing district were significantly higher than those in Chifeng,Inner Mongolia.There was no significant difference in the contents of oleic acid and palmitic acid between the seeds introduced in the three areas.
