中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的用药组方规律的文献研究

摘　　要：【目的】采用中医传承辅助平台软件对发表于1990年1月至2017年11月之间的中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的文献进行分析,以挖掘中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的用药组方规律。【方法】检索中国知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学数据库等文献资料,根据制定的文献纳入与排除标准筛选相关的文献数据,将数据录入中医传承辅助平台,采用软件内置程序分析中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的用药规律,包括四气五味归经、药物使用频次、组方配伍规律及潜在的新方组合。【结果】筛选得到文献197篇,涉及药物228味,药性以温、寒、平为多,药味以苦、甘、辛为主,药物归经主要归脾、胃、肺、肝经。使用药物频次最多的5味药物是白术、甘草、白芍、茯苓和党参,居前5位的药物配伍组合为"白术,甘草""白术,茯苓""党参,白术""甘草,白芍"和"白术,白芍",挖掘出核心药物组合28个,新方4首。【结论】从文献数据挖掘得到的用药规律结果显示,溃疡性结肠炎的中医药治疗方法以健脾益气、清热化湿、疏肝理气药物为主,并常配伍温阳补虚、养血活血类中药。Objective The literature of ulcerative colitis treated with Chinese medicine issued from January of1990 to November of 2017 was analyzed with the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform,so as to evaluate the medication regularity and prescription-formulating principle of Chinese medicine for the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods Databases of CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, and China Biomedical Database were retrieved,and the literature data was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and then the qualified data was input into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform. Medication regularity of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of ulcerative colitis was analyzed by the software analysis methods,and the outcomes included four properties and five tastes as well as the meridian tropisms of the included medicine,medication frequency of the medicine,compatibility regularity of prescriptions and potential new prescriptions. Results A total of 197 articles were screened out,involving 228 herbs. The nature of the 228 herb was characterized by warm,cold,and mild properties,their tastes were predominated by bitter,sweet and pungent flavors, and the herbs had the meridian tropism of spleen, stomach, lung, and liver meridians.Furthermore,the leading 5 frequently-used herbs were Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae(Baizhu),Radix Glycyrrhizae(Gancao),Radix Paeoniae Alba(Baishao),Poria(Fuling),and Radix Codonopsis(Dangshen).The leading 5 herbal combinations were Baizhu and Gancao,Baizhu and Fuling,Dangshen and Baizhu,Gancao and Baishao,Baizhu and Baishao. A total of 28 core herbal combinations and 4 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion Literature data mining results indicated that the therapeutic principles for ulcerative colitis are medication mainly with the herbs for strengthening spleen and replenishing qi, clearing heat and removing dampness,soothing liver and regulating qi,frequently in combination with the compatibility of herbs for warming yang a
