中医方剂视角下的《卫生至宝图说》优生优育思想研究

摘　　要：《卫生至宝图说》由清代岭南医家卓凤翔所著。《卫生至宝图说》所载的"撞红方""保胎丸""生化汤""通脉汤""老疳疔方""夹色验方""逐寒荡惊汤""加味理中地黄汤""清热镇惊汤""加减凉膈散""宣风散"等方剂,反映了该书在针对妇女月经期、妊娠期、产褥期、哺乳期等不同时期的卫生保健思想,对男子非健康性行为所致疾病的补救,及对婴儿期的重点调护和对小儿常见病的防治。该书内容涵括了男女生殖卫生与婴儿卫生,体现了中国近代优生优育思想,重视发挥传统中医方剂在繁衍人口、强种强国中的作用。Wei Sheng Zhi Bao Tu Shuo(Invaluable Work for Medical and Health Care Illustrated by Pictures)was written by ZHUO Feng-Xiang,a Lingnan practitioner in Qing Dynasty. The prescriptions(including Zhuanghong Recipe, Baotai Pills, Shenghua Decoction, Tongmai Decoction, Laoganding Recipe, Jiase Experienced Recipe, Zhuhan Dangjing Decoction, Modified Lizhong Dihuang Decoction, Qingre Zhenjing Decoction,Modified Liangge Powder,and Xuanfeng Powder)recorded in Wei Sheng Zhi Bao Tu Shuo reflected the principles of health care for women in the period of menstruation,pregnancy,puerperium,and breastfeeding,supplied treatment for the illness in men induced by unhealthy sexual behavior,and reflected the importance of health care for infants and prevention and treatment for the common diseases in children. The contents of Wei Sheng Zhi Bao Tu Shuo cover the health care for men and women during the reproductive period and the health care for the infants,which embody the thoughts of bearing and rearing better children in China’s modern history and reflect the important role of traditional Chinese medical prescriptions in population reproduction and healthy childbirth leading to a strong country.
