摘　　要：介绍了XNC-98型甲醇合成催化剂的物性参数、装填、升温还原以及3年来的生产运行情况,探讨了催化剂使用过程中出现的相关问题及解决方案。实际运行情况表明,XNC-98型甲醇合成催化剂的低温活性、选择性及运行稳定性都表现良好,可以满足甲醇生产的要求。The physical parameters,loading,reduction by heating of XNC-98 catalyst for methanol synthesis,operation in the last three years were introduced.Encounted problems and solutions which occurred while operating the catalyst were also discussed.The practical operation situation showed that XNC-98 catalyst shows good activity at low temperature,selectivity and stability,which satisfies the requirement of methanol production.
