摘 要:由于所处地域环境的特殊性,废水处理中心最终出水排至蒸发塘自然蒸发浓缩,在此过程中废水内氯离子质量浓度可高达40000 mg/L,氯离子成为检测该废水COD浓度时最大的干扰因素,采用现有方法测定时结果误差大、准确度低,不符合检测要求。经试验研究,采用TOC分析仪对高氯离子含量标准样品与实际样話进行测试,结果表明TOC分析仪可准确测定COD浓度,过程简便可行,完全符合国家标准相关要求。Due to the specialty of its regional environment,the wastewater treatment center discharges the wastewater into the evaporation pond for evaporation and concentration,during which process the mass concentration of chloride ion in the wastewater can meet up to 40000 mg/L,which makes chloride ion the largest interference factor when determining COD of wastewater.The existing method cannot meet the determination requirements due to its large error and low accuracy inmeasurement results.The COD of high chloride ion content standard sample and actual sample were measured by TOC analyzer,the result showed that,TOC analyzer can determine the COD of wastewater accurately and conveniently,fulfilling the requirements of national standards.
