摘 要:目的探讨武汉地区人群ABO、Rh血型的基因型及表型分布特征,为临床合理计划供血及献血的科学管理提供依据。方法对436例健康体检者利用微柱凝胶法进行ABO血型及Rh血型鉴定,采用SPSS 19.0统计学软件对其表型及基因型进行分析。结果ABO血型分布特征为:O(34.17%)>A(31.65%)>B(24.31%)>AB(9.86%),等位基因频率r>P>q,与南方人群的基因频率基本相符;Rh阴性者达0.46%,Rh表型分布特征为DCCee(40.14%)>DCcEe(28.67%)>Dccee(15.67%)>DccEe(5.73%)>DccEE(3.44%)>DCCEe(2.98%)>Dccee(1.61%)>DCcEE(l.15%)>dccee(0.46%),等位基因频率特点均为D>e>C>c>E>d,单倍型频率特点均为CDe>cDE>cDe>CDE,与其他地区的单倍体频率和基因频率基本相符。结论武汉地区人群ABO、Rh血型分布特点,与文献报道的南方人群血型情况基本符合。Objective To explore the distribution of genotypes and phenotypes for ABO and Rh blood groups in Wuhan population,and to provide scientific management of the collection and supply of blood.Methods ABO blood group and Rh phenotypes of 436 healthy volunteers were determined by micro一column gel technique.SPSS19.0 was used to analyze the distribution of genotypes and phenotypes for ABO and Rh blood groups.Results The distribution of ABO blood group was as follows:0-type(34.17%)>A-type(31.65%))>B-type(24.31%)>AB-type(9.86%),gene frequency r>p>q,which was similar to the population from the southern part of the country;Rh negative blood type was accounted for 0.46%.The distribution of the Rh phenotype was as follows:DCCee(40.14%)>DCcEe(28.67%)>Dccee(15.67%)>DccEe(5.73%)>DccEE(3.44%)>DCCEe(2.98%)>Dccee(1.61%)>DCcEE(1.15%)>dccee(0.46%).Allele frequency was D>e>C>c>E,and haplotype frequency was CDe>cDE>cDe>CDE,which was similar to that in other areas.Conclusion The distribution of ABO and Rh phenotype in Wuhan area is similar to other regions.
