摘  要:介绍了基于物联网的数控平面磨床远程监控系统实现方法和总体架构。基于FX3U-48MT型PLC、S6232QC智能远程工控机、网络云平台设计开发了平面磨床的远程监控系统,可以实现远程修改数控平面磨床的加工参数、加工程序等,也可以远程实时获取磨床的传感器信号、报警信息等。在磨床发生故障时能自动通过手机短信、电话拨号等方式进行提醒,确保在发生故障时能及时通知到人,实现远程智能监控。通过试验,该监控系统开放性、通用性和扩展性较好,可以广泛应用于各类远程监控工程技术领域。The implementation method and overall architecture of remote monitoring system for CNC surface grinder based on Internet of Things were introduced. Based on the FX3 U-48 MT PLC, S6232 QC intelligent remote industrial control computer, and network cloud platform, a remote monitoring system for the surface grinder was designed and developed, which could remotely modify the processing parameters and processing programs of the CNC surface grinder, and could also remotely obtain the sensor signals of the grinder,alarm information, etc., when the grinder fails, it can automatically remind by means of mobile phone text messages, phone dialing, etc., to ensure that people can be notified in time when a failure occurs, to achieve remote intelligent monitoring. Through testing, the monitoring system is open, versatile and extensible, and can be widely used in various remote monitoring engineering technology fields.
