摘 要:PSS4B是一种新型电力系统稳定器,有3个频段,且各个频段的参数可以独立设置,因此可以在较宽的范围阻尼低频振荡。采用阻尼标度为目标函数来优化PSS4B的参数,并通过微分进化算法求的最优解。以2区域4机系统为例分析了加装PSS4B之前和之后系统特征根及振荡模式的变化。通过仿真计算得出加装PSS4B后可以提高区域间振荡模式的阻尼比,同时能够阻尼局部振荡模式。PSS4B is a new kind of power system stabilizer, which possesses three band and the parameters of each band can be setup separately. Thus it is capable of damping the oscillation over a wide range of frequencies. damping scale was employed as objective function and the differential evolution algorithm was utilized to solve it. A 2-area 4-machine test system was demonstrated to compare the eigenvalues of the system with PSS4B with that of the system without PSS4B. The simulation was revealed that the system with PSS4B can enhance the damping ratio of inter-area oscillation and provide sufficient damping for the local oscillation.
