摘　　要：计算机会计报表系统是促进企业和行业的稳定发展的重要基础。针对财务管理的需要,对计算机会计报表系统的功能需求进行了分析,包括总体需求分析、用户管理需求分析和业务管理需求分析。通过系统的基本构成,设计了系统管理员、财务管理员以及用户的基本功能。基于B/S模式构建系统的结构,采用3层架构技术处理数据层和业务逻辑层的独立性的交互性,完成了系统的功能结构设计和决策模块设计。Computer accounting statement system is an important foundation to promote the stable development of enterprises and industries. Aiming at the needs of financial management, the functional requirements of computer accounting statement system was analyzed, including the analysis of overall needs, user management needs and business management needs. Through the basic structure of the system, the basic functions of the system administrator, financial administrator and users were designed. Based on B/S mode, the structure of the system was constructed, and three-tier architecture technology was used to deal with the independence and interaction of data layer and business logic layer. The functional structure design and decision module design of the system were completed.
