摘  要:为了充分了解磁悬浮离心式压缩机的工作原理、应用范围,分析了磁悬浮离心式压缩机的基本结构和原理、蒸发及冷凝温度运行范围、压比运行范围、喘振及阻塞特征、能量调节方式、能效随负荷变化的特征等。磁悬浮离心式制冷机组可以在10%~100%负荷内实现大范围的制冷量连续调节。压缩机具备各种自动控制和保护功能,能使制冷机组在各种不同负荷条件下,达到最高能效,使机器实现35%~40%的能效节约。磁悬浮离心机由于特有的节能减排优势,将会逐步替代传统的离心式压缩机和螺杆式压缩机,具有广阔的应用前景。In order to fully understand the working principle and application scope of the oil free centrifugal compressor, the basic structure and principle of the oil free centrifugal compressor, the operating range of evaporation and condensation temperature, the operating range of pressure ratio, surge and blocking characteristics, energy regulation mode, and the characteristics of energy efficiency varying with load were analyzed. The oil free centrifugal chiller can continuously adjust the refrigeration capacity in a large range within 10%~100% load. Compressor has automatic control and protection functions, which can make chiller achieves the highest energy efficiency under various load conditions, and make the chiller achieves35%-40% energy efficiency savings. Oil free centrifugal compressor will have broad application prospects due to its unique advantages of energy saving and emission reduction. It will gradually replace the traditional centrifugal compressor and screw compressor.
