摘  要:某煤矿在日常开采作业中应用的掘进机主要为EBZ200型掘进机,但在实际应用过程中,发现该型掘进机其装运机构在强度方面与具体装用能力方面都存在一定问题,对此,改进了该掘进机的铲板部与第一运输机部。具体介绍了该掘进机铲板部的主要结构,分析了现存的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出了一系列具体改进措施,同时也介绍了该型掘进机第一运输机的主要结构,分析了现存的问题,并提出了具体改进措施。经实践,改进后EBZ200型掘进机运输能力更强,安全性能更好,能更好地满足实际应用需求,该项改进值得推广与应用。The boring machine used in the daily mining operation of a coal mine is mainly the EBZ200 type roadheader. However, in the actual application process,it was founded that the type of the roadheader had certain problems in terms of strength and specific loading capacity. Thereby,the blade portion of the roadheader and the first conveyor portion were improved. The main structure of the roadhead part of the roadheader was introduced in detail,and the existing main problems were analyzed. A series of specific improvement measures were proposed for these problems. The main structure of the first conveyor of the roadheader was introduced, the existing structure was analyzed, and the specific improvement measures were put forward. Through practical application, people found that the improved EBZ200 roadheader has stronger transportation capacity, better safety performance,and can better meet the actual application needs. This improvement is worthy of promotion and application.
