摘 要:研究基于文献研究和专家咨询确定博士生原创力学术生态优化路径的构成要素,运用结构方程模型的统计分析技术进行模型构建、运算、拟合评价和修正,对广州中医药大学博士生学术生态优化路径问卷调查所获数据进行处理、分析和结果解释。研究结果表明,激励机制、导师指导质量监控、学风建设和学术活动均与学术生态显著正相关,标准化路径系数分别为0.646、0.319、0.272和0.386,可以认为四者均对良好博士生原创力学术生态的形成起积极促进作用,其中博士学位论文是学术生态最主要的外显因素,载荷系数为0.859;导师指导质量监控与学术活动存在负向相关关系;学术活动发挥重要的“枢纽”作用,接受另外三要素的直接影响,同时也直接正向影响学术生态;学风建设直接正向影响学术活动和学术生态;学术平台对良好学术生态的形成影响不显著。Based on literature research and expert consultation,the research determines the components of the originality of PhD students’academic ecological optimization paths and uses the statistical analysis techniques of the structural equation model for model building,calculation,fitting evaluation and modification.Then the data obtained from the questionnaire from the doctoral students of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine about the academic ecological optimization path were processed,analyzed and interpreted.The research results show that the incentive mechanism,the quality guidance of the instructor,the construction of the academic style and the academic activities are all significantly positively correlated with the academic ecology,with the standardized path coefficients of 0.646,0.319,0.272 and 0.386,respectively.It can be considered that all four have positive effects on the formation of a good academic ecology of doctoral students’originality.And the doctoral thesis is the most important external factor in academic ecology,with a load factor of 0.859.The relationship between the quality control of instructor guides and academic activities is negative.Academic activities play an important role as“hub”,accepting the direct influence of the other three factors,and directly affecting the academic ecology directly.The construction of study style directly affects academic activities and academic ecology but the influence of academic platform on the formation of a good academic ecology is not significant.
