摘　　要：随着检验医学专业的不断改革,临床检验诊断学专业学位研究生教育和住院医师规范化培训联合是目前培养检验医师人才的重要方法。本文通过分析检验专业型硕士研究生住院医师规范化培训现状,探讨在培训计划、培训内容及培训方式中存在的问题和解决方案,以供参考。With the continuous reform of the laboratory of medicine,the combination of postgraduate education in clinical laboratory diagnostics and standardized training of resident doctors is an important method for cultivating talents for clinical pathologist.This article analyzes the status quo of the standardized training for clinical pathologist,and discusses the problems and solutions in the training plan,training content and training methods for reference.
