摘 要:通过多模态教学模式在有限教学时间内提高非危重症医学专业住培学员早期识别并及时妥善处理危重症患者的能力,帮助学员初步掌握ICU相关基本技能操作,熟练掌握心肺复苏技能,进一步了解危重症患者临床管理模式。选取2018~2019年度在中南大学湘雅医院重症医学科轮科规培学员。在两月轮转ICU期间,通过多媒体理论教学联合临床实践包括教学查房、病例讨论等多模态教学模式对非危重症医学专业住培学员进行教学。结果发现多模态教学模式在非危重症医学专业住培学员的危重症医学住培教学中切实可行。The purpose of our study is to improve the capability of non-critical medical residents to identify and properly handle critical patients in time within limited time,and enable those residents to master the basic skills of ICU,proficient in the skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and further understand the clinical management model of critically ill patients.The residents involved were rotated in the department of ICU,Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from 2018 to 2019.During two months of ICU rotation.The multi-modal teaching mode including multimedia theory teaching combined with clinical practice,teaching rounds and case discussion,was used to teach the residents.The multimodal teaching model is feasible in the residential teaching of non-critical medical residents on critical medicine.
