摘 要:悬浮固体颗粒物和病毒细菌感染是目前主要的空气污染源。但现有的空气滤膜存在着孔隙大、过滤效率低、无法有效抗菌等问题。本研究以聚丙烯腈作为基底聚合物,添加不同的季铵盐抗菌剂,通过静电纺丝法制备了纳米抗菌纤维滤膜。该纳米纤维滤膜紧密均一、孔隙小,对悬浮颗粒物表现出较好的去除率;同时长链季铵盐通过静电靶向和亲疏水的协同作用,对革兰氏阳性菌和阴性菌均表现出较好的杀菌性。Smog and bacterial infection are the main sources of air pollution at present.However,the current air filter membranes have disadvantages such as large pores,low filtration efficiency and ineffective antibacterial performance.In this article,a nano-antibacterial fiber filter is prepared by electrospinning technique and using polyacrylonitrile as substrate polymer and quaternary ammonium salt as antibacterial agent respectively.The obtained nanofiber filter membrane is charaterized by uniformity,small pores and good smog-eliminating rate.Moreover,long-chain quaternary ammonium salt has a good bactericidal effect on Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria due to the synergistic effect of electrostatic targeting and hydrophobicity.
