摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定苏苏小儿止咳颗粒中甘草苷柚皮苷和甘草酸铵含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对苏苏小儿止咳颗粒中甘草苷柚皮苷和甘草酸铵进行定量分析。色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-Crg柱(250 mmx4.6 mm,5μm),流动相A为0.05%磷酸水,流动相B为乙腈,梯度洗脱流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温30 C,检测波长270 nm。结果:甘草苷、柚皮苷和甘草酸铵分别在3.04-161.99μg/ml(r=0.999).19.18~1022.76μg/ml(r=0.9999)和3.73~199.01μg/ml(r=0.9999)线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为100.47%、99.58%6和96.03%,RSD分别为3.31%3.21%和1.39%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确,可较好地应用于苏苏小儿止咳颗粒中甘草苷、柚皮苷和甘草酸铵的含量测定。Objective:The study was performed to establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for simultaneous determination of liquiritin,naringin and ammonium glycyrrhetate in Susu Xiaoerzhike granules.Method:Liquiritin,naringin and ammonium glycyrrhetate were determined simultaneously by HPLC on a ZOR BAX SB-C18 column with the mobile phase composed of acetonitrile and 0.05%phosphoric acid in gradient elution.Detection wavelength was set at 270 nm.The column temperature was maintained at 30℃.The flow rate was fixed at 1.0μg/ml.Results:The calibration curves of liquiritin,naringin and ammonium glycyrrhetate showed good linearity within 3.04~161.99μg/mL(r=0.9999),19.18~1022.76μg/ml(r=0.9999),3.73~199.01μg/ml(r=0.9999),respectively.The average recoveries of those were 100.47%,99.58%and 96.03%,respectively,and the RSD values were 3.31%,3.21%,1.39%(n=9).respectively.Conclusion:The developed HPLC method is simple and accurate and can be used for simultaneous determination of liquiritin,naringin and ammonium glycyrrhetate of Susu Xiaoerzhike granules.
