双团棘胸蛙的两性异形

摘　　要：2019年4月,分别测量采自云南昆明禄劝县的40只(20♂,20♀)双团棘胸蛙成体的体长、头长、头宽等16项形态特征指标,并检验和分析其两性异形特征。结果表明:雄性平均体长为(88.02±2.37)mm(n=20),雌性平均体长为(87.45±2.08)mm(n=20),雄性与雌性平均体长比为1.007,异形指数为0.01;双团棘胸蛙的体长和体质量在两性之间的差异无统计学意义;雌雄两性15项形态特征与体长均有极显著相关性;以体长为协变量的协方差分析结果表明,双团棘胸蛙的眼间距、上眼睑宽、前臂及手长、前臂宽和腿或后肢全长这5项形态特征在两性间的差异有统计学意义;雄性的眼间距、上眼睑宽、前臂及手长、前臂宽和腿或后肢全长随体长的生长速率大于雌性。性选择假说能解释双团棘胸蛙的两性异形现象。From April 2019,we studied sexual dimorphism of Paa yunnanensis and analyzed morphological parameters of 40 adults(20♂,20♀)collected from Luquan County,Kunming,Yunnan Province.We measured 16 morphological characteristics,such as body and head length,and head width,and we analyzed variation in these parameters.Average body lengths of males and females were 88.02±2.37 mm(n=20)and 87.45±2.08 mm(n=20),respectively.The average body length ratio of male to female was 1.007,and the heterosexual index was 0.01.According to independent sample t test results,male and female P.yunnanensis had similar body length and body mass.All of the other 15 morphological characteristics of both genders were significantly correlated with body length.Using body length as the covariant,the covariance analysis results showed that,the 5 morphological characteristics of P.yunnanensis,viz interorbital space,width of upper eyelid,length of lower arm and hand,diameter of lower arm and leg length varied by gender.Unary linear regression showed that the growth rate of interorbital space,width of upper eyelid,length of lower arm and hand,diameter of lower arm and leg length were larger in males than that in females.In conclusion,the sexual dimorphism of P.yunnanensis can be explained by the sexual selection hypothesis.
