摘  要:在水蒸气保护下,经不同温度(170、190、210℃)、不同恒温时间(2、3、4 h)、不同升温速度(10、15、20℃h^-1)、对低龄桉树木材进行高温热处理改性,按照GB/T1935-GB/T1936国家标准检测处理木材力学性能。结果表明:处理温度对桉树木材CS、MOR和MOE有极显著影响,恒温时间对MOE影响显著。随着处理温度的升高,CS、MOE先增加后减小,MOR逐渐减小;随着恒温时间延长,MOE、MOR逐渐增大,CS先减小后增加;随着升温速度增加,CS、MOE和MOR逐渐增大。处理材MOE高于对照样,CS和MOR略低于对照样。Samples of Eucalyptus wood were treated under three different temperatures(170,190,210℃),three heating rates(10,15,20℃·h^-1)and three different durations of constant temperature(2,3,4 h).The results showed that treatment temperature had a significant effect on CS,MOR and MOE,and treatment time had a significant effect on MOE.With the increase of treatment temperature,CS and MOE increased and then decreased whilst MOR decreased.With the extension of treatment time,MOE and MOR increased but CS decreased at first and then increased.With increased heating rates,CS,MOE and MOR increased.Under the same heat treatment temperature and constant temperature time,MOE was higher compared to before treatment whilst CS and MOR were lower.
