摘  要:【目的】云南省作为中国最大的稻种遗传多样性中心和生态多样性中心,蕴含丰富的有色米种质资源。但云南有色米种质资源的鉴定依旧停留在外部形态及地域分类阶段,因此有必要利用现代分子生物学手段对云南有色米种质资源进行深度评价及功能基因鉴定。【方法】以来自云南省23个州、县的35份地方水稻种质资源为研究对象,利用分子标记技术对其进行遗传多样性分析;同时探究已报导的Rc基因在上述35份种质材料中的遗传变异。【结果】在云南地方有色米品种中粳稻间的遗传差异较籼稻更大。且总体来看云南地方种质资源中,同一来源地的地方品种遗传相似性不高。35份云南地方水稻资源中,红米Rc基因表现为野生型,白米rc基因表现为突变型,且突变类型与已报导的突变位点一致,均表现为第6外显子内的14 bp缺失。【结论】云南地方有色米品种中粳稻间的遗传差异较籼稻地方种更大,且同一来源地的地方品种遗传相似性不高。红米白米的颜色差异是由Rc基因第六外显子缺失突变产生。【Objective】Yunnan province,as China's largest genetic diversity center and ecological diversity center,is rich in colored rice germplasm resources.But the appraisal of local colored rice germplasm resources in Yunnan province still stay in the external form and regional classification stage,so it is necessary to use modern molecular biology methods to evaluate the colored rice germplasm resources and analyze genetic variation of the related function gene.【Method】35 local rice germplasm resources collected from 23 states of Yunnan province were analyzed used molecular markers for genetic diversity.At the same time,the genetic variation of Rc gene was investigated in the 35 materials.【Result】In local colored rice germplasm resources,the genetic difference of japonica rice was larger than that in indica rice.On the whole,the genetic similarity was not high from the same origin in Yunnan province.Among the 35 local rice resources,the red rice Rc gene presented wild type and the white rice rc gene showed mutation type,and the mutation type was consistent with the reported mutation site,both of which showed 14 bp deletion in the 6th exon.【Conclusion】In local colored rice germplasm resources,the genetic difference of japonica rice was larger than that in indica rice.The genetic similarity was not high from the same origin in Yunnan province.The color difference of red rice and white rice was caused by the deletion mutation of Rc gene.
