摘  要:【目的】以优异的耐草甘膦转基因玉米转化体T抗-4和未转化的受体自交系18599为材料,开展T抗-4综合农艺性状评价以及对非靶标除草剂的耐受性评价。【方法】对田间主要农艺性状表型及产量性状进行调查和分析。【结果】T抗-4主要农艺性状与18599相比,在植物形态学上基本无差异。本研究选取常规玉米田间普遍施用的除草剂烟嘧磺隆和硝磺草酮-莠去津,常规玉米敏感的除草剂精喹禾灵以及非选择性、灭生性除草剂草铵膦作为非靶标除草剂,通过人工喷施1和2倍的田间推荐剂量,在田间受控环境下评价T抗-4对非靶标除草剂的耐受性表明:上述非靶标除草剂对受体植株18599和玉米转化体T抗-4的影响表现一致。【结论】第一,转化体和非转基因对照除了在目标性状草甘膦抗性方面具有显著差异之外,非靶标除草剂的耐性表现具有等同性;第二,在农业生产中,耐草甘膦的转基因玉米T抗-4可以通过常规的玉米敏感除草剂精喹禾灵和非选择性除草剂草铵膦进行防治和杀灭,保障了转化体的环境安全。本试验为玉米转化体T抗-4的环境等安全评价提供了基础试验数据。【Objective】Based on glyphosate-tolerant transgenic maize‘Tkang-4’and untransformed receptor inbred line‘18599’.【Method】The comprehensive agronomic character evaluation of‘Tkang-4’and tolerance to non-target herbicides were carried out.【Result】There was no difference between‘Tkang-4’and‘18599’in main agronomic characters.In this study,common herbicide for maize such as Nicosulfuron,Nitrosulfonate-atrazine,maize sensitive herbicide Quizalofop-P and non-selective and sterile herbicide Glufosinate ammonium were selected as non-target herbicide,and the results indicated that the effects of non-target herbicides on 18599 and Tkang-4 were similar under 1×and 2×recommended concentration herbicides treatment.【Conclusion】Firstly,only glyphosate showed significant difference between the transgenic transformation‘Tkang-4’and maize inbred‘18599’,secondly,glyphosate-tolerant transgenic maize‘Tkang-4’could be controlled and killed by maize sensitive herbicide Quizalofop-P and non-selective and sterile herbicide Glufosinate ammonium,which ensured the environmental safety of transformant.Finally,this study provided basic experimental data for the safety evaluation of maize transformant‘Tkang-4’.
