摘  要:【目的】分析国际玉米小麦改良中心(CIMMYT)耐低氮玉米自交系与自育骨干自交系的配合力,有效评估CIMMYT种质的育种潜力,为我国玉米自交系利用途径扩增和强优势玉米组合选配提供理论依据。【方法】采用NC-Ⅱ设计,以20个CIMMYT耐低氮玉米材料为母本与6个自育骨干自交系为父本组配120个杂交组合,对其株高、穗位高、穗长、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、秃尖、百粒重、出籽粒和单株产量等10个主要性状进行配合力和杂种优势分析。【结果】2组亲本10个性状的一般配合力(GCA)方差除父本系中的穗粗外,其余性状均达显著差异水平(P<0.05,下同);120个杂交组合各性状的特殊配合力(SCA)方差,除株高和穗位高差异不显著外(P>0.05,下同),其余性状均存在极显著差异(P<0.01,下同);亲本A2、17、A5、20和19的综合配合力效应值较高,是具有较大潜力的育种材料,应用这些亲本组配出较高产量杂交组合的可能性较大,其中A2×20(桂A10341×CLYN463)组合产量的SCA效应值最高。【结论】A2(桂A10341)是最理想的玉米亲本材料,A2×20(桂A10341×CLYN463)是筛选出的强优势玉米杂交组合。【Objective】The study aimed to explore the combining ability of International maize and wheat improvement center(CIMMYT)low nitrogen tolerance maize inbred lines,effectively evaluate the breeding potential of CIMMYT germplasm,and provide theoretical basis for using inbred lines and selecting high heterosis combinations.【Method】Combining ability of 120 combinations which were obtained by combining 20 female parents from CIMMYT and 6 self-bred inbred lines as male parents with NC-Ⅱdesign were studied.Combining ability and heterosis of 10 main characters,plant height,ear height,ear length,ear dianmeter,row number,kernel number,barren ear tip,100-kernel weight,kernels ratio,yield,were studied.【Result】The results indicated that significant(P<0.05,the same as below)differences were observed in the general combining ability(GCA)for 10 parental characters except ear diameter.Higly significant differences(P<0.01,the same below)were observed in specific combining ability(SCA)for the traits from the 120 combinations except that plant height and ear height were insignificant(P>0.05,the same below).The general combining ability(GCA)effect value of parents A2,17,A5,20 and 19 were mostly positive values,they were potential breeding materials.It was more likely to breed high yield combinations with these as parents.A2×20(guiA10341×CLYN463)had the highest yield SCA effect value.【Conclusion】A2(Gui A10341)was the most ideal maize parent material,A2×20(guiA10341×CLYN463)was the strong heterosis combination selected in this study.
