摘  要:【目的】在重庆烟区开展烤烟新品种云烟116的配套栽培措施研究,为云烟116在重庆烟区的推广种植提供技术支撑。【方法】选择施氮量、种植密度及留叶数3个栽培因素,采用3因素3水平无交互正交试验,按L9(3^4)正交表设置9个处理组合,3次重复,按随机区组排列。【结果】不同施氮量水平间烟叶产量、产值的差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01),低施氮量水平下烟叶产量和产值均最高(2326.65 kg/hm^2、61 251.45元/hm^2),因此建议云烟116在重庆巫山烟区应适当减氮,比当地常规施氮量降低7.5 kg/hm^2为宜;不同种植密度水平间烟叶产量的差异达到显著性水平,产值的差异未达到显著性水平,高密度水平下烟叶产量、产值最高(2213.25 kg/hm^2、58 980.00元/hm^2),因此推荐适当增密,以16 665~18 116株/hm^2为宜;不同留叶数水平对烟叶产量、产值的影响未达到显著性水平,低留叶数水平下产量和产值相对最高。【结论】重庆巫山烟区云烟116种植应适当减氮增密,推荐施氮量比当地常规减少7.5 kg/hm^2,种植密度16 665~18 116株/hm^2,留叶数根据烟株长势合理确定。【Objective】The present paper was conducted to study on suitable cultivation techniques for a new flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan116 in Chongqing in order to provide technical support for Yunyan116 planting in Chongqing.【Method】Selected the planting density,nitrogen application amount and number of leaves remained as the test factors of the field experiment.The experiment was carried out using orthogonal experimental design,having nine treatment combinations,three repeats.The total 27 field experimental plots were arranged according to random block arrangement.【Result】The difference of flue-cured tobacco leaf yield and the difference of flue-cured tobacco leaf output value among different levels of nitrogen application all reached very significant level(P<0.01).The yield and the output value of flue-cured tobacco leaves under low nitrogen application level,2326.65 kg/hm^2 and 61251.45 yuan/hm^2,respectively,were the highest among the three nitrogen application levels.Therefore,it was suggested that nitrogen fertilizer amount should be reduced appropriately in the cultivation process of Yunyan116 in Chongqing,7.5 kg/hm^2 lower than the local conventional nitrogen application amount was recommended.The difference of flue-cured tobacco leaf yield among different levels of planting density reached significant level(P<0.05).The difference of flue-cured tobacco leaf output value among different levels of planting density failed to achieve significant level.The yield and the output value of flue-cured tobacco leaves under high planting density level,2213.25 kg/hm^2 and 58980.00 yuan/hm^2,respectively,were the highest among the three planting density levels.Therefore,it was suggested that planting density should be increased appropriately in the cultivation process of Yunyan116 in Chongqing,16665-18116 plant per hectare was recommended.The difference of flue-cured tobacco leaf yield and the difference of flue-cured tobacco leaf output value among different levels of number of leaves remained were all not sig
