摘  要:【目的】应用多光谱影像和光谱指数法准确估算作物叶绿素含量。【方法】使用4个生长期玉米冠层高光谱反射率及叶绿素含量建立单红边波段叶绿素指数(SRCI)的叶绿素含量估算模型:首先由高光谱反射率和光谱响应函数计算得到等效的Worldview-2多光谱反射率,以等效反射率计算SRCI;然后根据SRCI与叶片叶绿素含量(LCC)、冠层叶绿素密度(CCD)的线性关系,分别建立LCC和CCD的一元线性回归模型。使用2012年9月14日获取的Worldview-2多光谱遥感影像计算得到的SRCI作为输入,估算LCC和CCD。【结果】Worldview-2 SRCI估算叶片叶绿素含量的偏差均方根为4.70μg/cm^2,相对误差平均为7.0%;估算冠层叶绿素密度的偏差均方根为1.63 g/m^2,相对误差平均为6.4%。【结论】多光谱卫星遥感的红边光谱指数能准确估算玉米叶绿素含量。【Objective】In order to estimating chlorophyll content using spectral index by multi-spectral image which only had a red-edge band,single red-edge chlorophyll index(SRCI),a test was performed by Worldview-2 image in this study.【Method】Hyper-spectral reflectance of canopy,leaf chlorophyll content(LCC)and canopy chlorophyll density(CCD)in four growth periods was used for chlorophyll content estimation model.The SRCI was computed by equivalent multi-spectrum of Worldview-2 which derived from the integral of hyper-spectrum based on spectral response functions and hyper-spectral reflectance.According to the distribution trends,two simple linear regression models of LCC and one simple linear regression model of CCD were built.Finally,the models were used to estimate LCC and CCD using Worldview 2 SRCI.【Result】The result of verification showed that Worldview-2 SRCI could accurately estimate LCC and CCD of maize.For the LCC,the root mean square of deviation(RMSD)between estimates and in-situ measurements is 4.70μg/cm2,the average of relative error was 7.0%.For the CCD,the RMSD was 1.63 g/m2,the average of relative error was 6.4%.【Conclusion】This study proved that SRCI could apply for the estimation of LCC and CCD by the multi-spectral image only a red-edge band.
