摘　　要：建筑装饰装修工程BIM技术优势突出,因而研究了BIM模型技术在建筑装饰装修工程中的应用。对装饰装修BIM模型的创建,提出具体的注意事项,并利用BIM模型技术协同设计、可视化、设施管理等功能,方便快捷地开展建筑装饰装修工程的设计与施工工作,推动装饰装修步伐,规范市场环境,使建筑装饰装修生产由无序走向有序。BIM technology has prominent advantages in architectural decoration and fitment engineering. This paper studied the application of BIM model technology in architectural decoration and fitment engineering. Based on the establishment of BIM model for decoration and fitment, specific points for attention were put forward. The functions of BIM model technology such as collaborative design, visualization and facility management were utilized to facilitate the design and construction of architectural decoration and fitment engineering, and promote the pace of decoration and fitment, standardize the market environment, so that the production of architectural decoration and fitment would be from disorder to order.
