摘  要:在电子产品的设计和制作中,为了提高效率,降低成本,通过对电子器件的仿真进行电磁特性预估的过程越来越重要.介绍了Ansys SIwave仿真平台及其对信号完整性仿真的基本原理,分析了开关电源PCB板谐振产生的机理,并结合SI仿真软件进行谐振预估;最后以某型开关电源PCB板为例,详细分析了仿真过程,得出其易发谐振的频点和谐振最严重区域.In the design and manufacture of electronic products,in order to improve efficiency and reduce costs,it is more and more important to estimate the electromagnetic characteristics of electronic devices by simulation. This paper introduces the Ansys SIwave simulation platform and its basic principle for signal integrity simulation,analyzes the mechanism of resonance generation of PCB board of switching power supply,and performs the resonance prediction in conjunction with SI simulation. Finally,taking PCB board of a certain switching power supply as an example,the simulation process is analyzed in detail,and the frequency and the most serious resonance region are obtained.
