摘 要:采用有限元软件ANSYS的ACT插件Moving-Heat-Flux,添加多段高斯移动热源对六氟化硫(SF6)充气柜单条焊缝、多条竖向焊缝、顶盖焊接不同焊接顺序下的焊接变形进行数值模拟。通过实验对比10次现场焊接下的变形基本与模拟结果相同,得出SF6充气柜柜体焊接模拟的准确性。焊接模拟结果表明:不同焊接顺序的焊后变形有明显差异。对于单条竖向焊缝,采取自上而下的焊接方式,使变形减少12.4%;对于四条竖向焊缝,采取上、前面板所形成焊缝→前、下面板所形成焊缝→后、上面板所形成焊缝→下、后面板所形成焊缝的焊接顺序,使变形减少17%;对于顶盖的焊接,由前、下、后、上面板分别与顶盖所形成的焊缝采用逆时针、顺时针、逆时针、顺时针的焊接方式,使焊接变形减少4.2%,得出通过优化焊接顺序可以有效地控制SF6充气柜的焊接变形,为实际焊接生产提供了合理的理论依据。The ACT plug-in moving-heat-flux of the finite element software ANSYS was adopted to numerically simulate the welding deformation of single welding seam,multiple vertical welding seam and roof welding of SF6 inflatable cabinet in different welding sequences under the condition that multiple Gaussian moving heat sources were added.By comparing the deformation of 10 welding tests with the simulation results,the accuracy of welding simulation of SF6 inflatable cabinet was obtained.The results of welding simulation show that there are significant differences in post-welding deformation between different welding sequences.For a single vertical weld,top-down welding is used to reduce deformation by 12.4%;for four vertical welds,the welding sequence of weld A→B→D→C is adopted to reduce the deformation by 17%;for the welding of the top cover,the weld a,b,c,d uses counterclockwise,clockwise,counterclockwise,clockwise welding to reduce welding distortion by 4.2%.It is concluded that the welding deformation of SF6 inflatable cabinet can be effectively controlled by optimizing the welding sequence,which provides a reasonable theoretical basis for actual welding production.
