摘 要:采用蒸汽射流技术对飞机机身进行除冰,对蒸汽喷头的结构进行优化设计,喷嘴采用均匀分布的方式进行研究。首先对水平喷射面的喷头进行仿真分析,运用FLUENT软件对奇偶数量的喷嘴进行仿真研究,对温度场进行分析,奇数型优于偶数型,但是除冰效果提升并不明显;其次对弧形喷射面的喷头进行分析,三弧形优于四弧形,四弧形优于平面型,三弧形喷嘴偶数分布的射流干扰低于奇数分布;最后对喷头的除冰效果进行实验验证。得出结论:三弧形偶数喷嘴排布的喷头射流仿真模型的蒸汽射流干扰小,计算区域内的平均温度较高,冰层剩余量最小能提高整车除冰的工作效率。The steam jet technology is used to deicing the aircraft fuselage,and the structure of the steam nozzle is optimized.Firstly,the spray head of the horizontal jet plane is simulated and analyzed by means of the uniform distribution of the nozzle.The FLUENT software is used to simulate the odd and even number of nozzles,and the temperature field is analyzed.The results show that the odd type is better than the even type,but the effect of deicing is not obvious.Secondly,the nozzle of arc jet surface is analyzed,the three arc is better than the four arc.The four-arc is better than the plane type,and the jet interference of even distribution of three-arc nozzle is lower than the technical distribution.Finally,the de-icing effect of the nozzle is verified experimentally.It is concluded that the steam jet interference of the jet simulation model with three-arc and even-number nozzle arrangement is small,the average temperature in the calculated region is higher,and the minimum residual amount of ice layer can improve the working efficiency of deicing of the whole vehicle.
