摘 要:动刚度是系统结构抵抗外部动态激励的参数,通过对车身关键点动刚度分析和优化,可以有效提高车辆噪声、振动与声振粗糙(noise,vibration and harshness,NVH)性能和舒适性。以某款轿车车身为研究对象,介绍了动刚度的基本概念和相关理论,并针对车身存在振动过大的问题,利用HyperWorks软件建立白车身有限元模型,选取15处车身关键连接点进行振动频率响应分析和动刚度分析,找到动刚度相对薄弱的点和频段。并以发动机悬置左连接点动刚度不足的问题为例,进行局部拓扑优化和提出修改方案,从而达到改善车辆NVH性能和提高乘坐舒适性的目的。通过动刚度锤击测试,验证了计算机仿真的可靠性及准确性。Dynamic stiffness is a parameter of the system structure to resist external dynamic excitation.By analyzing and optimizing the dynamic stiffness of key points of the body,the performance and comfort of the vehicle noise,vibration and harshness(NVH)can be effectively improved.To a certain type of car body as the research object,this paper introduces the basic concept of dynamic stiffness and related theory,and in view of the body has the problem of excessive vibration,using HyperWorks software to establish finite element model of body-in-white,the key points to select 15 body vibration frequency response analysis and dynamic stiffness analysis,find the dynamic stiffness of relatively weak point and frequency band.Taking the problem of insufficient dynamic stiffness of engine suspension left connection as an example,local topology optimization and modification scheme are carried out to improve the NVH performance and ride comfort of the vehicle.The reliability and accuracy of computer simulation are verified by hammer test of dynamic stiffness.
