摘 要:四川盆地南部地区下志留统龙马溪组页岩气资源量丰富,开发潜力巨大,但页岩储层渗透率极低,无自然产能,属于典型“人造气藏”;必须同时关注储层品质、钻井品质、完井品质,才能获得最大的单井预估最终可采储量(estimated ultimate recovery,EUR)和最高的采收率。因此,为了应对这一挑战,长宁页岩区块开展地质工程一体化技术攻关,形成了地质建模、地质力学、压裂模拟和气藏模拟等4个专业的多项关键技术。采用地质工程一体化研究技术在长宁A平台开展了现场应用。结果表明:①开展地质工程一体化研究,可以实现地质与工程的有机结合,地质模型为工程优化提供技术支撑,工程实践不断校正地质模型,提高精度;②通过地质工程一体化可以打造“透明”页岩气藏,提高研究区域内地质甜点区和工程甜点区的预测精度;③利用地质工程一体化技术可以实现水力裂缝的精细刻画,定量描述和分析水力裂缝的几何形态、净压力、支撑剂分布和导流能力等关键参数;④建立了网格精度小于10 m的页岩气水平井分段压裂三维数值模型,页岩气井的历史拟合精度得到了较大的提高:单井日产气量拟合程度大于98%;井口压力拟合程度大于80%;产液趋势拟合程度大于75%;累产液量拟合程度大于90%。随着地质工程一体化研究不断实施,长宁地区页岩气产量在过去两年中迅速增长。Rich and quality shale gas reservoirs have been found in the Lower Silurian Longmaxi strata in the southern Sichuan Basin,which was identified as great development potential.However,shale gas reservoir is characterized by ultra-low permeability,which usually has no natural productivity and is called a typical“artificial gas reservoir”.In order to obtain the maximum EUR(estimated ultimate recovery)and the highest oil recovery,the reservoir quality,drilling quality and completion quality must be considered.To tackle this challenge,the integrated geoengineering solution was deployed in Changning shale gas block,which consists of geological modeling,geomechanics,fracturing simulation and gas reservoir simulation.geoengineering integration technology is used on the Changning H9 platform for field applications.The results show these as follows.①Carrying out integrated research on geological engineering can realize the organic combination of geology and engineering.The geological model provides technical support for engineering optimization.The engineering practice constantly corrects the geological model and improves the precision;②Through the integration of geological engineering,we can create"transparent"shale gas reservoir,which can improve the predictive accuracy of geological and engineering sweet spot mapping;③Hydraulic fractures can be fine characterization by using geological engineering integration technology,which is useful for quantitative description and analysis of key parameters such as geometrical shape,net pressure,proppant distribution and conductivity of hydraulic fractures;④The refined unstructured-grid(<10 m)based 3D numerical simulation model was built for hydraulic fractured horizontal wells in shale gas reservoir,the history match for shale gas wells has been hugely improved:gas production rate was matched to more than 98%;the wellhead pressure was matched to more than 80%;the cumulative liquid production rate was matched to more than 90%.With the implementation of the geoengineering
